RESOURCES AND ADVICE FOR LIBRARIES AND LEARNING

Welcome to the Web Site of the North East Wales Schools Library Service

A jointly funded service for schools in the Local Education Authority areas of Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham. Non-LEA schools and colleges may also subscribe to the Service.

Books and a wide range of other educational resources including Audio, Video, CD-ROMs, Artefacts and Art Prints are available for loan to schools. Loan Services are operated via a Mobile Library and a weekly Delivery Service.

Specialist Librarians give advice and support to schools on all aspects of Library provision including Planning, Policy, Management, Staffing, Resources, ICT and Learning Skills.
